The Global Leadership Summit 2025!

This was my 5th year attending, but my first time experiencing it in person! Since 2011, GLS has challenged, stretched, and inspired me to lead where I am.

So grateful for the wisdom, challenge, and encouragement GLS continues to bring each year! Can’t wait to attend another summit!

Here are some of my key statements and quotes that have stuck with me:

  • “What’s boring to you is often faithfulness to God. Show up and be faithful. build the habit. Embrace the mundane.” – Craig Groeschel
  • “Don’t waste failure. When you lose, learn from it, sacrifice, and change.” – Nick Saban
  • “Live in the tension, and view conflict as an invitation.” – Gabriel Salguero
  • “Don’t be MID! That is not the bar! Excellence requires you to be uncomfortable” – Thasunda Brown Duckett
  • “We need vision. What vision have you drifted from – and how will you recover it?” – Christine Caine
  • “Never compare your beginning to someone else’s middle.” – Jon Acuff
  • “People will describe your life in one sentence. – pick it now.” – John Maxwell
